Return & Refund Policy

If you want to return something, you must initiate the return by emailing us at graciemaesboutique.jess@gmail.com with your order number and let us know what item(s) you will be returning or exchanging. We must receive the returned item(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After the first 14 days from the purchase date, you will have the option of store credit or exchange for a different size (pending size is in stock) or another item of equal value. Credit will be issued within 5 days of receiving the item if you are expecting a full refund.

After 30 days of purchase, the sale is considered final and we will not accept an exchange or return. All items must be returned with the original tags and free of fragrances, stains, or imperfections. Customers are responsible for the return shipping to us and/or shipping of the exchanged item back to them. If it is our mistake (item is damaged or incorrect), we will cover the shipping costs both ways. Returns are accepted, and they must be returned within 30 days of receiving order for an account credit to be issued. Credit will be issued within 5 days of the item being received. 

The liability of Gracie Mae’s Boutique is limited solely to the replacement of the product along with shipping charges for defective products. Should Gracie Mae’s Boutique determine that the product is not defective, or had been abused or not under normal conditions; Gracie Mae’s Boutique shall return the product to you at your expense without being replaced. 

You may drop off returns instead of shipping (if you are a local). Please email graciemaesboutique.jess@gmail.com to set up a drop-off time. Item(s) must be dropped off within the 30 day window.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sale, clearance, & holiday items. 

All returns and exchanges are subject to review. 

Account credit will expire after 1 year.
